The North Florida Women’s Chorale presents “A Celtic Celebration”
Welcome to a program of lively Celtic music and singing! This concert will feature a variety of Gaelic songs which reflect a range of human emotions including love lost and won. The toe-tapping rhythms of the dance tunes are infectious and you will be captivated by many of the dance tunes sung by the 50-voice North Florida Women’s Chorale. The Chorale will be accompanied by traditional Celtic instruments – the fiddle, Celtic harp, guitar and drums.
The North Florida Women’s Chorale is conducted by Kerry Fradley, who has been the artistic director and conductor of the NFWC since 2006. Ms. Fradley has a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance and Choral Conducting from Georgia State University and has a keen interest in researching, promoting and performing beautiful choral music written especially for treble voices.
