Lincolnville Live: Dr. Jonathan Dotson, Guitar
St. Augustine Native, Dr. Jonathan Dotson, returns to Romanza Festivale and Lincolnville Live! Performing contemporary and Romantic classical guitar repertoire, featuring works by Michael Chapdelaine, Federico Moreno-Torroba, Jorge Morel, and more. Dr. Dotson will also conduct his students in the SJCCA (St. Johns County Center for the Arts at St. Augustine High School) Classical Guitar Ensemble in their final engagement of the season. Featuring a performance of Antonio Vivaldi’s Lute Concerto in D Major (R.V. 93) as well as compositions by Jurg Kindle, Matos-Rodriguez, Tears for Fears, and more.
Dr. Dotson will be performing in this Lincolnville Live concert in the Sanctuary of St. Cyprians Episcopal Church on the corner of Lovett Street and ML King Street at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, May 14.
